Touring

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt, went back for more.

That’s life on the road. There are worse ways to make a living and I’m sure there are better, but for those lucky enough to have a chance to do shows all over the world, there’s nothing like it.

I’ve spent more than half my life touring with all manner of bands and projects, doing shows from one end of the planet to the other. Madison Square Garden to Joe’s bar and grill, Los Angeles to Jakarta to Enid, Oklahoma. Back to back 20 hour days with crowds in the tens of thousands or in the dozens, making waves, making do and making it happen. It’s like dating a stripper…it’s a tremendous pain, it’s incredibly fun, you hate it, you love it and you keep going back until you just can’t take it anymore.
